TERMS & CONDITIONS
Artworks are limited edition or one-of-a-kind and listed as such. Limited edition pieces which have sold out cannot be remade.
On some occasions, edition pieces are kept aside for exhibitions, charity auctions, raffles and fundraisers etc. and may become available elsewhere at a later date and at a different price.
Most editions also have additional 'artist proofs' (AP's) and may also be made available elsewhere/ at a separate time.
Prices for artworks are listed in £GBP.
The studio collects 20% VAT on UK orders.
The price of delivery is not included in the artwork price and will depend on the delivery destination.
SHIPPING - EU & INTERNATIONAL
The studio is able to ship small artworks to any destination currently served by Royal Mail from the UK.
Larger works are shipped in custom-made crates and handled by a dedicated fine art logistics company.
Express shipping is possible by prior arrangement.
Shipments to the EU are exempt from UK tax (VAT) at checkout but are now subject to local VAT charges before delivery.
VAT is calculated on the total value of your order including shipping.
VAT rates differ from country to country and typically range from 17-25%.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to familiarise themselves with the VAT rates in their country before placing an order.
Additional duties and processing fees may also be applicable depending on the final destination.
All international buyers are responsible for the payment of any applicable customs fees, duties, import charges and taxes.
Care has been taken to ensure that the description and specification of the artworks are correct and that colours shown are as closely representative as possible, however we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by your browser software or computer system. Queries regarding colour and any other specific details should be sent to the studio by email prior to placing an order.
Artwork is usually dispatched within 3-5 working days but please allow up to 7 working days.
Occasionally frames must be made-to-order and will incur a longer lead time. When this is the case, a dispatch estimate will be clearly advised on the shop listing.
Orders will be confirmed by email once payment in full has been processed.
Buyers are asked to check their delivery address once an order is confirmed and must contact the studio as soon as possible to amend any errors and avoid delivery issues.
If an artwork is lost in transit due to an address error, the purchase will not be refunded.
If an artwork is returned to the studio, the buyer will be invoiced for re-delivery.
This re-delivery fee will cover un-packing, checking and re-packing the artwork, as well as the shipping cost.
The artwork cannot be re-sent until this payment has been received.
Careful consideration should be given before placing an order.
Any instance where the buyer has changed their mind or failed to check the size or details of the work is not considered a valid reason for a return. If you are unhappy with your chosen artwork when it reaches you, please contact the studio within 48 hours of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Orders should never be returned without prior contact with the studio via email.
If it is not possible to resolve an issue and a refund is required, orders should be returned in original packaging and condition within 7 working days of delivery. We will refund you within 30 days after careful examination of the returned work providing that it is returned in a saleable condition.
Returned artwork damaged in transit due to careless packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
We are unable to reimburse the return postage price on items unless the unlikely event occurs where the artwork is damaged when it arrives.
All rights, including copyright, for the website and all artworks are owned by Jo Robyn Elbourne unless otherwise credited. Any use of this website or its contents is prohibited without first obtaining written permission.
Any contact details provided via the online shop will be used primarily to communicate about, and ensure delivery of purchased artwork.
Jo Robyn Elbourne Studio will not share your contact details with any 3rd parties, nor will they be used for subsequent e-newsletters from the studio unless the buyer has opted to sign up via the online subscription form.
