All listed available works are made as unique one-of-a-kind or strictly limited edition. It is not possible to re-make pieces which have sold out.
Prices for artworks are listed in £GBP. On occasion it may be necessary to change prices due to external factors (ie. supplier price changes, special events, etc.)
Care has been taken to ensure that the description and specification of the artworks are correct and that colours shown are as closely representative as possible, however we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by your browser software or computer system. Queries regarding colour and any other specific details should be sent to the studio by email prior to placing an order.
Artwork which is in stock is usually dispatched within 3 working days. Occasionally pieces must be made-to-order and incur a longer lead time. When this is the case, a dispatch estimate will be clearly advised on the shop listing.
Confirmed orders will receive an automatic email notification once payment in full has been processed.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
The studio is able to ship small artworks to any destination currently served by Royal Mail from the UK.
The price of delivery is billed at Checkout.
Any custom fees, duty and import charges/ taxes which may apply to overseas destinations are the responsibility of the buyer.
It is not always possible to guarantee a specific delivery time however we will endeavour to provide an estimated timescale and share all tracking information as requested.
Larger works are sent in custom-made crates and handled by a dedicated fine art logistics company.
Careful consideration should be given before placing an order. An instance where the buyer has changed their mind or failed to check the size or details of the work is not considered a valid reason for a return. If you are unhappy with your chosen artwork when it reaches you, please contact the studio within 48 hours of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Orders should never be returned without prior contact with the studio via email.
If it is not possible to resolve an issue and a refund is required, orders should be returned in original packaging and condition within 7 working days of delivery. We will refund you within 30 days after careful examination of the returned work providing that it is returned in a saleable condition.
Returned artwork damaged in transit due to careless packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
We are unable to reimburse the return postage price on items unless the unlikely event occurs where the artwork is damaged when it arrives.
All rights, including copyright, for the website and all artworks are owned by Jo Robyn Elbourne unless otherwise credited. Any use of this website or its contents is prohibited without first obtaining written permission.
Any contact details provided via the online shop will be used primarily to communicate about, and ensure delivery of purchased artwork.
